AuraAEO Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

AuraAEO provides an analysis and diagnostic platform for brand visibility within response engines and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. During the waitlist and alpha testing phase, all generated reports (including the "100-Point Evaluation Matrix") are considered predictive analyses and statistical simulations based on publicly available market data.

2. Authorized Platform Use

• Data Registration: By submitting information in our audit form (Brand Name, Industry, Competitors), you warrant that the entered data is true and that you have the legitimate right to query that brand or business.
• Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to use automated processes (bots, scrapers, or web spiders) to extract code, designs, data schemas, or text from our website without our express written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All content present on this platform—including, but not limited to, the user interface design, the AuraAEO logo, the structure of the "100-Point Evaluation Matrix," the simulated semantic processing algorithm, and explanatory texts—is the exclusive property of AuraAEO and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Third-party Artificial Intelligence engines update their indexes and training datasets constantly and autonomously. Therefore, AuraAEO does not guarantee that the results obtained in a simulation or report will permanently or infallibly reflect the exact real-time recommendations of such models. AuraAEO is not responsible for business decisions, loss of web traffic, or brand variations derived from the use of our diagnostic reports.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, diagnostic forms, or priority waitlist access conditions at any time and without prior notice.
